Installation was flawless. Tech Mark Hanson, after completing the job, walked me through programming my phone and lubed all the hinges on the door. He talked me through the 4 seasons of garage door maintenance. He went the extra mile. I picked Action Garage as I had earlier dealings that were pleasant. I’ve installed numerous garage openers myself, but it’s a lot more rewarding watching professionals ply their trade.

Spring broke - they came same day and fixed it up and did an awesome job. Also did some maintenance on the other doors and recommended a good spray to use to keep it running smoothly. I need to replace a broken torsion spring in my garage door. Action Overhead provided very prompt service. They were able to get here quicker than the competition at a price that was equal to or better than other shops. The tech was a total pro and inspected the whole system, confirmed that everything was in great shape apart from the broken spring which he quickly replaced and got the system running again perfectly. No up charges, hidden charges, or shenanigans. Just great service.

Brent was here by 12:30 and had everything repaired by 1:30 p.m. He also replaced my cables and adjusted my opener after replacing the mounting bracket on the door. Our garage doors were squeaking and in need of lubricating. Embarrassingly enough it had been this way and we had gotten accustomed to it. Our contractor came by and when he heard he asked us how we could stand it. He recommended we call Action Overhead Door and they’d probably be able to come early the following week. I called and they literally came the same day within about 2 hours. The person I talked with on the phone was super nice and the technician who came was also really nice. He took time to talk with me explain what was happening and what to do if it started up again. He was just extremely very pleasant!! In today’s world these types of encounters are not that frequent so my whole experience was so refreshing. If you’re thinking about or need overhead doors you have to talk to Action Overhead Doors - you won’t regret it!

Over the last many years we have purchased 3 garage doors for either our home or our rental property. Each time the work was efficiently done to our complete satisfaction. Over that same time we have had Action Overhead Doors replace their counter springs - something that normally wears out over time. Again, each service was performed to our complete satisfaction. I had a garage door opener installed—a belt-drive LiftMaster model with camera and battery backup. It’s incredible QUIET and smooth and I love that the app tells me if it’s up/down/opening/closing, as well as if there’s movement in the garage (via camera). The installer was professional and knowledgeable. Further, he kindly explained how and where to lube moving parts in spring and fall and he oversaw my connection via the app. For decades, I have been happy with this company for garage door installations and repairs and now I’m pleased with my new opener too.
